Store roles
Are you a great communicator, friendly and love talking to people?
Then our store roles might suit you:
- Customer service & sales: your high level of service not only meets, but exceeds our customers' expectations. You're responsible for housekeeping, stock filling, helping other staff and merchandising.
- Nightfill: you're a night person who loves working different hours to the norm. You're responsible for stock filling so everything's ready to go the next day.
Store management roles
Our managers make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Store manager: you successfully manage all aspects of the store, including sales, profits, staff and staff safety, inventory, customer service and business costs.
- Assistant store manager: you help the store manager fulfil their responsibilities.
- Department manager: you manage a team of people in a specific department. You're responsible for department sales, department profits, serving customers, stock filling, housekeeping and staff safety.
Logistics/DC roles
Our logistics people help get goods from vendors, wholesalers and distributors into our stores.
If you're organised, responsible and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you're perfect for logistics. There are management, operational and administrative roles.
