At the interview

Different ways to find the right person.

These are some examples of how we find the right person for the right job.

Group assessment
These are great fun. After all, interviews don't have to be dull and boring.

You'll be part of a group of say 12 to 16 people and get to take part in activities for up to 2 hours. Our people take a look at how you do.

There's also a chance to ask questions and learn about us.

One-on-one interview
We may ask you to come in for a one-to-one chat with our people.

We ask some questions about your past work experience. We want to get to know you, so we may ask about school and home life - what you like doing in your spare time.

For some positions, you may also need to complete a test.

Next step
The next step is to go to an interview with one of our store or line managers - the people you'll be working for. You'll get to know the role and the place you'd be working in.
